These are accusations, not verdicts. A slash proposal is a record that the federation's detector observed something it considers suspect from a validator, such as a price submission outside the agreed band or a run of missed rounds. A row marked pending (unadjudicated) has not been ruled on by anyone: nobody has decided whether it is correct, and the validator named on it has not been found to have done anything wrong. A penalty can only ever be applied by a federation governance vote, which is what moves a row off pending. The underlying evidence is published as a SHA-256 hash rather than in full, so that anyone already holding an evidence record can verify it matches the one recorded here without the raw text of an unadjudicated accusation being republished. This table lists every recorded proposal, whatever its status; if it is empty, none have been recorded.
